Well, we all know that Darth Bane’s history has been erased by Disney. With a proliferation of the new Star Wars titles, there is little doubt that Darth Bane will not be given focus and reinstated on the throne. Bane lived thousands of years before Vader was even born and the two did not meet, but this would have been a dream. Vader and Bane are the most powerful Force-wielders in the Star Wars universe. But there are many reasons why Bane is stronger than Vader:
THE DUN MÖCH STYLE
The most psychologically devastating fighting styles is Dun Möch. This aims at dominating the opponent’s spirit and even involves spoken taunts and Bane master is an expert at this. Vader is a Dun Möch expert but what separates him from Bane is how they defend against this technique. Bane has not fallen victim to Dun Möch, but Vader has. In Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Jedi Galen Marek had used Dun Möch against Vader.
THE ORBALISK ARMOR
Bane’s greatest asset is the orbalisk armor. In Darth Bane: Rule of Two, he had encountered the orbalisk creatures, and they attached themselves to Bane and formed a symbiotic armor, and the creatures enhance Bane’s connection to the Force.
These provide a flow of chemical enhancements into Bane’s midichlorian bloodstream. Vader has a mostly robotic body and a special armor, but they are pale in comparison.
ABILITY TO CREATE A DARK FORCE WAVE
Bane can unleash a Dark Force Wave and can knock down buildings with the flick of a is wrist. In comparison, Vader and Bane are closely matched. But the Dark Force Wave is unique to Darth Bane. Vader will be very hard-pressed to defend himself.
TRANSFERING OF HIS ESSENCE
Bane has the upper hand because he can to do an “essence transfer.” Bane can transfer his spirit to another body.
The “essence transfer” is dangerous and is fatal to the user but Bane is strong enough to perform this task.
ABILITY TO EMIT A DEATH FIELD
In Darth Bane: Dynasty of Evil, Bane had unleashed a “Death Field.” Bane can amplify the “Force Drain” and can turn a small telepathic strike into an invisible web of energy which can cast instant death over a wide area. In spite of the fact that the move is taxing, Bane has proven the nature of his power.
HE DOES NOT HAVE ANYONE STANDING IN HIS WAY
Bane is independent, and when he had started working with other Sith, he branched out and took one apprentice.
Vader had been forced to take a very different route.
The Imperials are surrounding Vader, and if not for his men, he might have shot Luke’s X-Wing.
BANE IS SUPER EVIL
An advantage that Bane has over Vader is that fact that the former eliminated vestiges of his humanity. Vader calimed to have done this but this has noe been proven wrong due to Luke. Bane has no conenction to his past and is detached from everything. Bane has no self-doubt and no regret.
