Mark Hamill’s Joker Is Coming Back For A New Justice League Movie

Mark Hamill is a part of the DC Animated Universe, and he has now formally joined the campaign for a Justice League Unlimited animated reunion.

Hamill is famous for voicing The Joker, Solomon Grundy, and Trickster in the animated version of Justice League series as well as its sequel Justice League Unlimited. He expressed his support to a prospective animated cast reunion via Twitter.

Hamill had played a key part in the DC Animated Universe, right from the start, with his work on Batman: The Animated Series, where he was loved by fans and critics alike for his version of The Joker. He came back to voice the characters in later years after his debut, as well as in the extremely popular Batman Arkham video games.

The Internet has been buzzing with rumors ever since the #JLReunion campaign was started on Twitter in November, last year. In the subsequent months, several voice actors from Justice League and Unlimited have lent their support to a prospective reunion as an animated movie. The supporters include Susan Eisenberg, the voice of Wonder Woman, and Andrea Romano, the senior voice director.

DC’s feature-length animated films have been doing well in recent years, whether it be the animated The Dark Knight Returns or The Killing Joke, The LEGO Batman Movie or the upcoming Teen Titans Go! To The Movies.

It would undoubtedly delight a large number of fans if a Justice League Unlimited movie is made and now with Young Justice set to return to television; the time might just be right for the big guys to return as well. There is no doubt that Mark Hamill has an incredible fan following at present.
