She got fame for playing the role of Becky Driscoll in the film, Invasion of the Body Snatchers in 1956. Her last film with 20^th Century Fox was Sink the Bismarck in 1960. In 1963, she was cast in The List of Adrian Messenger. From 1964-1966, she appeared as various British women in the television series, Twelve O’Clock High.
