Born on November 4, 1979 in Louisiana, Trishelle Cannatella is a gorgeous TV personality and adult model. She was raised in Cut Off, Lousiana and has French and Italian ancestory. She was raised as a Southern Baptist and calls herself a “momma’s girl.” Her mother was a devout Christian who took her family to church three to four times every week. At the age of 14, her mother died from a brain tumor. Cannatella was a member of various athletic teams throughout her high school time at South Lafourche High School. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi that she had joined at the age of 17, but, never finished college.

Upset about the compulsion to pay her student loans back as she neared her graduation in 2002, Cannatella heard a radio ad for a show titled Lost in the U.S.A. which announced a $50,000 prize and was to be co-produced by Bunim-Murray Productions and to air on The WB. Wile the show was scrapped during the auditions, she got invited to audition for Bunim-Murray’s twelfth season of the long-running reality show, The Real World which was based in Las Vegas and was to air in 2002-2003. She accepted the offer, but, considered that the questions asked during the audition were an attempt by the producers to portray her as a typical racist and homophobic southern cast member. She was chosen to be a cast member. During her stay, she alongwith her roommates worked in the hotel and clubs. Cannatella and her fellow castmates were pressurized by the makers to act out for the camera to generate appealing visuals, and she said that the producer asked her leading questions about her plans on some nights. She also observed that alcohol was available at all times to the cast, and she lightly pointed out that alcoholism runs in her family. In 2003, she was also on the Real World team during the Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet, but, was sent home after losing a gauntlet to Sarah Greyson. She participated in the next season, but, was eliminated second. In May 2007, she appeared on the reunion show Reunited: The Real World Las Vegas.

She came back and competed with the former Real World housemate, Alton Williams, The Real World Las Vegas (2011) alumnas Dustin Zito and Nany Gonzalez in The Challenge: Battle of the Seasons in 2012. The next year saw Cannatella return for one more season titled Rivals II. She quit the game after getting into an argument with Aneesa Ferreira and became intolerant of the conditions in the house.

She has also featured on various other reality shows like The Surreal Life, Kill Reality, Punk’d and Fear Factor. She also appeared in television ads and music videos apart from posing nude for Playboy magazine. She has also appeared in the horror movie The Scorned and competed with good success in celebrity poker tournaments.
