Born and raised on March 7, 1994 in St. Louis, Missouri, Devon Windsor is an American model. She is the daughter of Charles and Lisa Windsor, and also has a sister named Alexandra. Windsor went to high school at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School where she used to play field hockey, lacrosse, tennis, and ran track. She participated in the 2012 Missouri State finals in the high jump event.

Windsor was discovered at the age of fourteen by St. Louis fashion photographer Suzy Gorman. In the year 2008, Windsor signed with West Model & Talent Management. During her high school, she did modelling jobs for local publications and fashion shows in St. Louis. In the year 2009, she joined another agency, Vision Model Management and worked in Los Angeles that summer. In the year 2010, Windsor signed with IMG Models in New York. In the year 2013, she came back to New York City and walked her first fashion week for the Spring/Summer 2014 shows. A career defining event for Windsor was to walk for Prada in September 2013. During fittings, her hair was dyed platinum blonde and became her signature look. Later in the season, Models.com named Windsor as a “Top Newcomer” and included her on their “Hot List” for 2013.
