Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Expanded Edition) by Jason Fry will contain a huge reveal when released.
The title confirmed that it would include exclusive scenes and details that will reveal Luke Skywalker’s own life, which has never been showing on screen before.
As of now, we can confirm that 14 deleted scenes are promised.
Luke’s love life has always remained in the dark. It was assumed that he followed the Jedi path and shunned relationships and love which were considered weaknesses of the Jedi.
However, the latest book due to hit shelves very soon has claimed to have a shocking opening line as leaked by a photograph on the first page of the prologue
Of course, the book could also be an alternative timeline for Luke’s love life or even a fantasy of Luke.
However, it seems most likely that the novel is about to reveal a staggering new canon detail.
Many fans have already started sharing the opening line of the book on various social media platforms. According to these reports, it reads: “Luke Skywalker stood in the cooling sands of Tatooine, his wife by his side.”
Based on this line, there is no doubt that Luke was married.
Now the major question will be the identity of his wife and whether this had anything to do with Rey’s heritage.
Although Kylo Ren had told her about her parents, it was considered by fans as a misguided lie.
We can only hope that all these burning questions can only be answered with the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Expanded Edition) on March 8.
