Snyder Cut Update: Zack Snyder Released Some More Deleted Scenes Photos From Justice League

Zack Snyder has taken to social media to reveal behind the scenes glimpses of his Justice League movie. Given the changes in directing and reshooting brought on by Joss Whedon, many wanted to see what was left of Snyder’s initial vision of the film.

Now Snyder has revealed new photographs on social media from deleted scenes in the movie including one from a major sequence that was included in film’s trailers.

Although these images have been dismissed by many to be rumours, this has not stopped fans from seeing the photographs to see the original director’s version of Justice League.

AQUAMAN TAKES A RIDE

This photo of Jason Momoa is very confusing as Aquaman’s participation in the movie was very minimal. He refuses to help Bruce Wayne only to shows up when his home city is attacked; Mother Box is stolen.

The entire sequence between Ben Affleck and Momoa in the small fishing village was reshot. But other than changes in the Batman actor’s appearances, there’s no obvious reason why he should be riding at the back of a truck.

IRIS WEST IS READY

Kiersey Clemons will appear as Iris West in a future film, but it is not known when.

Clemons completed her scenes as Iris in Justice League despite none of them being included in the movie.  Glimpses of her scenes did, however, appear in the trailer, specifically in the sequence when Flash rescues Iris from an intense car accident. Clemons  said recently in an interview; “I finished all my stuff with Zack [Snyder], I wish him well, and I have no idea what’s going on right now, but I’m sure whatever they’re doing is necessary.” Clemons said. “I know the parts that I did introducing Iris are f—ing sick. I can’t wait to see the movie. I’m so happy that I’ve been introduced to this genre because I didn’t really have any type of desire to be a part of any superhero world. And then I stepped on the set of Justice League, and I was like, ‘Holy s—. All right!’”

THE FLASH AND THE WATCHMEN

There’s also an image of Ezra Miller’s Flash wearing spectacles.

Barry Allen’s shirt reads “Black Freighter,” and shows a pirate ship sailing the sea which is a reference to the original Watchmen comics.

While Miller never wore glasses in the finished film, it’s likely that this could have been a hidden Easter Egg placed by Zac Snyder.

LOIS AND MARTHA MOURN

The image of Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Diane Lane as Martha Kent conversing in the Kent family kitchen is particularly interesting.

Snyder had probably filmed more scenes with Superman’s supporting cast.

It is not known if there are more Superman scenes were cut from the film, which could be because of changes Whedon made to the finished product.

Justice League is available on Digital HD and will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on March 13th.
