Marvel Movies Will No Longer Be Called Soft After Infinity War, Kevin Feige Revealed A Shocking Statement.

In the imaginary and incredible superhero world, it is rare for someone to actually die, as it not only upsets the fans but, there is a common complaint that reality reduces the stakes. However, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige is of the opinion that if we some characters’ ending their stories in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War might not necessitate them to die, but,  he also had a word of caution.

When EW asked him about the losses in the team up film will be “for real,” he said,  “Yes. I mean, I could always list off the characters that we’ve killed in our movies that haven’t come back, but the big ones, which I know they’re looking at …?” He paused at that moment and further stated. “I would just say, yes. People need to be careful what they wish for.”

Had it been TV, Feige’s concluding remark might have followed the dramatic suspense music, however, since it isn’t we need to imagine it. His words are also in line with Robert Downey Jr. recent statement related to Infinity War, which has, according to him, “a heads-will-roll scenario.”

All said and done, although he repeated that the movie would wrap up some popular MCU stories, Feige named another much-loved franchise to highlight that ending doesn’t always mean death.

“People always will jump to that,” he said. “That’s not necessarily what we’re talking about. I talk a lot because I’m a big-ass nerd, about Star Trek: The Next Generation, ‘All Good Things.’ That to me is one of the best series finales ever. That wasn’t about death. Picard went and played poker with the crew, something he should have done a long time ago, right?”

Scheduled to release on April 27, the Joe and Anthony Russo directed Avengers: Infinity War stars Robert Downey Jr as Iron-Man, Chris Evans as Captain America, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, Anthony Mackie as Falcon, Paul Bettany as the Vision, Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Don Cheadle as War Machine, Sebastian Stan as Winter Soldier, Chris Pratt as Star Lord, Dave Bautista as Drax, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Vin Diesel as Groot, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Tom Holland as Spider-Man, Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, and Josh Brolin as Thanos.
