It had been revealed to us that Jack Kesy had been cast as a villain for Deadpool 2, but the name of the villain was kept a secret. Now, a few leaked images from the set seem to hint that this actor was in a motion capture gear and had an oversized headpiece.
The description sounds familiar, doesn’t it? Many fans are now believing that it could be Juggernaut. We have not heard a lot about the villain of this sequel, but now, a report shows us even more evidence that Juggernaut may actually be the villain.
A few reports have come up, and they talk about the negative reactions to the test screenings of Deadpool 2. The one who leaked this information had been instructed by Fox to take down the posts. Former IGN editor, Jeremy Conrad is now back and is reporting about this film on his blog but has not mentioned the name of the movie. It is very clear as to which movie he is writing about.
Conrad had a lot to say about Juggernaut in Deadpool 2 and one must note that the comments come from Conrad’s anonymous source:
“Fans of comic books will also be upset at how a long-time fan-favorite (and internet meme) villain is once again treated on the big screen. Oh, this time he looks a little closer to his comic book look (thanks to CG), but they make him disposable with a really stupid death.”
These negative reactions to Deadpool 2 have been disputed by many others with anonymous sources. The ones who are claiming that this movie has been tested well claim that the reshoots for the sequel had been in response to a test screening in January.
According to a few reactions from the viewers, they wanted to see much more of Josh Brolin’s Cable and Zazie Beetz’s Domino. Reshoots have now become commonplace in Hollywood. These new evidenced coupled with the set images from the summer are confirming that Juggernaut is the villain of the movie.
This information has been collected from an anonymous source, but it surely fits in well.
