The most popular genre nowadays is ‘superhero movies.’ Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Trilogy had proven that comic book adaptations could be equally heavy and dramatic like the as non-genre movies. Marvel Studios has started a huge interconnected series of superhero films that had been much more humorous and colorful. With almost every studio working to turn their comic properties into silver screen adaptations it is difficult to keep track of what is coming our way next.
