Iselin Vollen Steiro is a Norwegian model who was born on 15 September 1985 and grew up in Harstad, in northern Norway. She started her fashion career in the year 2003 by working for Prada and Calvin Klein in her first season.
She resided in New York City for two years, where she attended the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, majoring in architecture while she continued to model in various capacities.
At the time of the Spring Fashion Week in 2010, Steiro made a comeback to the runway, modeling in 20 fashion shows. Iselin modelled for companies including Michael Kors, Alexander Wang, and Tommy Hilfiger, in New York. She skipped the London Fashion Week, and modeling exclusively for Prada in Milan, and modelled for designers such as Balenciaga, Valentino, Stella McCartney, and Celine.

Steiro has been featured in ad campaigns for brands including Prada, Chanel, Versace, Tommy Hilfiger, and Louis Vuitton.
Steiro portrayed as the young David Bowie in his 2013 music video “The Stars (Are Out Tonight)”.
Today, she also works as a co-designer for the undergarment line Le Backhand.
Steiro married Anders Danielsen Lie, the Norwegian physician, and actor, and the couple has a daughter together.
