The duo were attacked by a nasty gray proto-dragon, and although they fended it off, Alexstrasza observed that it was afraid of something. Alexstrasza and Malygos later found her brother although he was nothing more than a flesh and bone remainder.

Alexstrasza is the Life-Binder, the former Aspect of the red dragonflight, and is the guardian of all life in the world of Azeroth.
