We then saw “Mystery Walk” which revised her entire origin story and the character had come to learn that she was the child of Lilith depicted as the first wife of Adam.

Lilith never submitted to Adam and she had been cast out from the Garden of Eden by God. She then went on to spawn demons and then repented and returned to Eden and had children for fighting the evil that she had created. Lilith’s first attempt had been and Magdalene and Madek who had turned to be evil and Vampirella was the second.

This origin had then later been totally revised in Vampirella Lives and expanded in Blood Lust- Drakulon was a place in Hell and Vampirella had been brought to Eden and was not born there.

Then it had been revealed that the character had been raised in Drakulon and she believed that Drakulon was just another planet by Lilith. We then saw another revision in “World’s End” and this showed us that Lilith had not repented and she raised Vampirella to be a good vampire as she wanted to release the Heart of Darkness from Metatron’s lance.

Believe it or not, this story was yet again revised in Vampirella: Revelations. Lilith had still did not repented and the reason that she had raised Vampirella as a good person was because the existence of all the vampires made Lilith weaker.

Then, when Dynamite Entertainment had acquired this character, they began with the death of Adam Van Helsing and Vampirella had worked reluctantly with Dracula and after getting Sofia Murray as the sidekick, Vampirella then started getting involved in a plot by the Vatican and this Sofia killed.

Vampirella had cut all ties with Vatican and she then found herself working for the Order and after being reunited with a resurrected version of Adam Van Helsing, Pendragon, and a few other people, they then go and visit the future and find out that the world is destroyed by the supernatural.

Vampirella was then again relaunched with Our Lady Of Shadows and she was an agent of Vatican and then she was relaunched with a whole new costume in Hollywood Horror.

After she fell into a long thousand-year sleep, the character wakes up in weird future and here, she meets her girlfriend and new sidekick, Vicki Vincent. After she goes on a journey through her mind, the character then comes to know that she absorbed all experiences and memories of a hundred Vampirellas from the other parallel universes.
